dc.description.abstract | This textbook presents business students with an introduction to the legal system and its operation. The central focus is, naturally enough, on the application of law to and within business. In order to maximize the textbook’s usefulness for its primary target audience, Bosnian students, the authors decided to draw on Bosnian law, jurisprudence, and legal structures. To the degree possible within the scope of an introductory module, reference is also made to European and International law. While no single textbook can encompass all there is to know about the law, Business Law offers students a basic understanding of both their legal rights and responsibilities. | en_US |
